Final project

Finally! We are going to put together all the things we learned in the past 13 weeks. So far I like what I have. Is not as scary as it looks.

Also I wanted to say that I applied to the UCs this week. I applied to UCLA, UCI, and UC Berkeley. Hopefully I will get in!! Wish me luck..

Thank you Esteban for telling me the error there was on my blog. I think that now comments are working good.

Im not going to post anything about D.C. right now because I just got home and I havent slept in like 40 hours. Tomorrow or later on today ill do that.

Project 2

Hi,

Project 2 has been the easiest project so far. We had to use the photos from project 1 and create a web gallery.

We had to follow a set of instructions that were given and create 4 web galleries. I'm a newbie on this and it only took me like half an hour.

The way I set up the galleries is that I put 10 pictures, 5 originals and 5 retouched, and I placed each original next to the retouch. I think its cool like that because we can see the improvement from picture to picture by just clicking next.

That was pretty much it for project 2!

Off-topic: I will be missing class on Friday because Im going to a conference in Washington D.C., so if anybody could comment here telling me what they did on Friday, I would be very grateful!

As a part of project 3 we have to upload one video to blogger. The video I am going to show is a clip of TV show I really like, "The big bang theory"

The show is about 4 astro physicists that are too much of geniuses to be socially functional. My favorite character is by far Sheldon. In this short clip he is at the DMV trying to get a license.

I wanted to share with you the pictures I had to retouch for project 1.

I do want to point out that I'm totally new to photoshop, and this are literally the first pictures I have ever retouched. The techniques used were: Adding a border, auto-color, the patch tool, the cloning tool, and the healing tool. I would be lying if I said I did more than that.
